Terms of service
Last updated: July 3, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of Reglo. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.
1. The service
Reglo provides a support and quality-management platform ("Service") accessed via the web. Reglo may update, improve or modify the Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing invitations, roles and access within their workspace.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) use the Service in violation of applicable law, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants' data, (c) reverse-engineer or resell the Service, or (d) upload malicious code.
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data your workspace uploads to Reglo ("Customer Data"). You grant Reglo the limited licence necessary to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Reglo processes Customer Data as a data processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Reglo may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the next renewal.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own, and no less than reasonable care.
7. Warranties and disclaimer
Reglo will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly set out in these terms or a signed order form, the Service is provided "as is" and Reglo disclaims all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the fees paid by you to Reglo in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Term and termination
These terms remain in effect while you use the Service. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination, your access ends and Customer Data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Stockholm, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
